There will be a few ways to reach out the library. The most effective way will be to go to the website. From there, they will be able to log in, and search for media to borrow. The only thing one would need is to live within the nation which of course means the patron will need to have a National ID card. This is because the ID card will be the library card. The library’s account number for the patron will be their NIN. Since KNL has 1,000 (100 fax), there will likely be an option for each branch to have its own direct number. However, even if the library phone rings, the workers might be busy serving patrons. The contact options are as follows:
- Email: branch@library.ka
- Web: https://branch.library.ka
- Web Catalog: https://catalog.library.ka
- Web Store: https://store.library.ka
- Fax (National): +883 200 565 000 000
- Telephone (National): +883 200 565 000 001
- Telephone (Branch): +883 200 565 000 branch-id
Each branch will have a branch ID. this will be a 3 digit branch number, and no branch can end in 0 if this system was to be used. Even with that restriction, there could be up to 900 branches for a single Business ID number. There will be no need for individuals to have their own telephone number, and the direct line will work just fine. All branches will likely have a telephony server to where they can handle multiple calls on the same telephone number.
